We offer business bookkeeping for small to medium small businesses not only in the Denver area, but in other states as well (though we know Denver metro area best) . Our services include monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, consultations and expert advice at a flat monthly fee.

What software do you use for bookkeeping, and are you proficient in it?

We use Quick Books Online for 65% of our clients and are proficient in the use, other softwares are also used in house such as Accounting CS and Proseries.

How often will you reconcile accounts and provide financial reports?

Generally we reconcile and provide financial statements on a monthly basis through our secure portal, but can tailor our work to your needs. We can also help with Workmans Comp Audits, Insurance Audits, Secretary of STate Problems.

Do you offer any additional services, such as payroll or tax preparation?

We offer payroll, sales tax and income tax preparation for our bookkeeping clients.

What is your pricing structure, and are there any hidden fees?

We do not nickel and dime our clients when they call or need important info, We have flat monthly fees based on number of bank and credit card accounts, gross income and number of average monthly transactions.

How accessible are you for questions or concerns, and what is your typical response time?

We always answer our phones during business hours and will return emails within 24 hours, very often sooner.
